From 07-09 July 2011 project management team of ESABIH project organized practical training of secretaries for external evaluation commissions. One of the most important aims of ESABIH project is external evaluation of selected 33 study programs from eight public Universities in BH. For this reason all selected programs are in the phase of preparation of self-assessment reports, which are going to be finished by the end of September.

For the purpose of external evaluation we formed external teams consisted of EU experts, BH academic experts, students and secretaries. Project management team together with HEA and management team of Universities chose suitable persons to be secretaries of commission. 

On 30t^h and 31^st May 2011 project management team of ESABIH project organized practical training of representatives of study programs, which are selected for pilot project, and QA coordinators of all eight public Universities in BH.  Seminar was lead by three experts from EU,  Prof Andre Govaert ,and Mieke VanHoorn, Mrs Klara De Wilde from VLHORA, by prof Hans Sonntag prfo University of Heidelberg, prof Josep Grifoll AQU and Cristina Pinto da Silva from IPP. Seminar was organized at University of Tuzla and total of 55 participants took part on this seminar.

On 25^h and 26^th March project management team of ESABIH project organized practical training of external experts, which are selected for pilot project of evaluation of study programs on BH Universities, QA coordinators of all eight public Universities in BH and representatives of HEA.  Seminar was lead by three experts from EU, Prof Andre Govaert, Prof Hans Guenther Sonntag and prof Josep Grifoll,and by Prof Bokonjic Mr Curkovic and Mr Mujkic from BH. Seminar was hosted by University of Sarajevo and total of 51 participants took part on this seminar. External experts were selected by the management team of the project and HEA.

On 14th and 15th February project management team of ESABIH project organized practical training of representatives of study programs, which are selected for pilot project, and QA coordinators of all eight public Universities in BH. Seminar was lead by three experts from EU, Prof Andre Govaert ,and Romain Hulpia and Mrs Klara De Wilde from VLHORA and by Prof Bokonjic from University of East Sarajevo. Seminar was organized at University of Mostar and total of 50 participants took part on this seminar. Representatives of study programs were selected by the coordinators of Universities.

We started the meeting with welcome speech by Geert Delepeleer, Andre Govaerta and Dejan Bokonjic. Mr Andre Govaert and Dejan Bokonjic gave a general introduction to the seminar and welcomed all participants. (Please find agenda in the attachment of this report).

As a part of TEMPUS project SMGR 158853-1-2009-1-BE ¨EU standards for accreditation of study programs on BH Universities (ESABIH), from 16.10 to 30.10, in Brašov, Romania, training seminar was held for 8 students from Bosnia and Herzegovina. Each student represented one of publis Universities from Bosnia and Herzegovina.

On 8^h and 9^th October project management team of ESABIH project  organized practical training of representatives of study programs, which are selected for pilot project, and QA coordinatorsof all eight public Universities in BH.  Seminar was lead by three experts from EU,  Prof Andre Govaert and Mieke VanHoorn from Kaho Sint Lieven;  Mrs Sofie Landuyt from VLHORA; Mr Curkovic from Agency for Development of High Education and Quality Assurance in BH, Mr Dino Mujkic from WUS Austria and by Prof Bokonjic from University of East Sarajevo. Seminar was organized at University of East Sarajevo and total of 45 participants took part on this seminar. Representatives of study programs were selected by the public Universities.

On 4h and 5th October project management team of ESABIH project organized practical training of selected external experts from BH public universities. Participants were selected by the Agency for development of High Education and QA in BH. Seminar was lead by two experts from EU, Prof Sonntag from University of Heidelberg and Mr Grifoll from AQA; by Mr Curkovic from Agency for Development of High Education and Quality Assurance in BH and by Prof Bokonjic from University of East Sarajevo. Seminar was organized at University of Mostar Dzemal Bijedic and total of 40 participants took part on this seminar. BH experts were selected from the public list of external experts according to scientific orientation of the chosen study programs, which are going to be involved in the pilot project.

Seminar was lead by two experts from Agency, Mr Boris Curkovic and Benjamin Muhamedbegovic, prof André Govaert and Sofie Landuyt from Hogeschool Kaho Sint Lieven and by Prof Dejan Bokonjic from University of East Sarajevo. Seminar was organized at Rector office, University of Sarajevo and total of 82 participants took part on these seminars. First seminar was organized on 6th of September for students who are on the list of external experts of the agency. Second seminar was organized on 7th of September for experts from the workfield.
