University of Tuzla [30 -31 May 2011]
On 30th and 31st May 2011 project management team of ESABIH project organized practical training of representatives of study programs, which are selected for pilot project, and QA coordinators of all eight public Universities in BH. Seminar was lead by three experts from EU, Prof Andre Govaert ,and Mieke VanHoorn, Mrs Klara De Wilde from VLHORA, by prof Hans Sonntag prfo University of Heidelberg, prof Josep Grifoll AQU and Cristina Pinto da Silva from IPP. Seminar was organized at University of Tuzla and total of 55 participants took part on this seminar.
Seminar started with welcome speech of Prof Rejhana Dervisevic, Vice Rector of University of Mostar, who hosted this seminar. Prof Govaert welcomed seminar on behalf of contractor institution and Prof Bokonjic welcomed participants on behalf of the Consortium of the project. He presented agenda of the meeting and also plans concerning preparation of self-assessment report and external evaluation.
After introductory remarks representatives of each selected study program presented their SER. During last meeting in Mostar, representatives got an assignment to work on introduction and chapter 2 and 4 of their self/assessment reports according to criteria and indicators accepted by project consortium and HEA. They presented curriculum of their study programs, connection of educational goals with current study program, coherence of study programs and etc. They also presented chapter students in which they described position of students inside study programs, examination system, decision-making process and so on. All experts noticed huge improvement in way of presenting of study programs by their representatives comparing last meeting and also big improvement in quality of reports. Those presentations were good introduction for discussion.
